The project consisted of a design/build renovation to approx 27,000 s.f. of new administrative offices and support staff. Completed in just 16 weeks, the project has allowed Cubist to expand their staff without missing any critical milestone dates. The project was completed on time and under budget. • Shire HGT: TRG Builders continues its long standing relationship with Shire by recently completing a design/build cold room expansion project in their existing facility. TRG Builders teamed up with Symmes Maini & Mckee Associates. The project teams understanding of the facility helped to expedite the design process. TRG Builders coordinated all aspects of this project from planning and design through equipment startup. • Athena Diagnostics: Working for Alexandria Real Estate Equities @ the Worcester Biotech Park, TRG Builders is in the final stages of a complex 6 phase complete renovation of office and laboratory space. The entire project was completed during normal hours while fully occupied by Athena's staff. By careful coordination of all activities on a daily basis, TRG Builders was able to keep Athena "up and running" throughout the entire multi-phased project with ZERO downtime to its operations.
